E-Learning Site
SC does not collect personally identifying information from visitors to its websites unless voluntarily and knowingly submitted by the visitor.
Information provided through your use of its websites will only be used to (1) notify you or respond to your requests or (2) anonymously measure traffic and visitor patterns. SC does not provide or sell any information to third parties.
Although SC may include disclosures about “cookies” (small pieces of data sent to your computer browser from some web servers and stored on your computer’s hard drive to remember your information) on its website, it does not currently use. SC believes that any service provider on which it relies that may use cookies does not store or provide SC or third parties with any personally identifiable information about its users.

Website Comments
If you choose to add a comment to any posts published on this website, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be stored, along with your computer’s IP address, the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the respective post or lesson and is not passed on by SC to any third party data processors (although it may be stored and used pursuant to such data processors' privacy policies).
Only your name and other information you share (which may include an email address) will be shown on the post seen by the public. If the supplied email address is linked to an account with an image of you, such image may also be displayed.
Your comments and their associated personal data will remain on this website until the comment or post is removed. At any time, you can request that they be removed by contacting SC at the address, email or phone below.
If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information and do not use this website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at the email or postal address provided below.
Newsletter
SC currently uses an email management service called Mailchimp to manage all newsletter email communications and may communicate periodically with users of this website via such service, a similar means or directly. Please see Mailchimp's privacy policy for more information at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
You can opt out of email communications via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or email SC directly at [email protected] to request to be unsubscribed and deleted from SC’s Mailchimp database.
Scheduling
Appointments with SC can be made directly or through a third-party system, YouCanBook.Me. Please see YouCanBook.Me's privacy policy here: youcanbook.me/privacy.
Personal information may include, at a minimum, your name, e-mail address and phone number. The provision of this information is mandatory in order to book an appointment through this system. Users also have the option to add the appointment to their online calendars with YouCanBook.Me.
Payment Processing
SC uses PayPal and Stripe, each a third-party online payment processor, to process online payments. SC does not receive or retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers. All such information is provided directly to PayPal or Stripe, respectively, whose use of your personal information is governed by such service provider's privacy policy, available here: paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full and stripe.com/privacy, respectively.
Text Messaging
SC may use text messaging to communicate with current clients and individuals who have self-identified as prospective clients, and such information may be stored in its database. SC does not use text messaging for marketing of any kind. You may opt out of receiving text messages by return texting "unsubscribe" or emailing SC directly at [email protected].
Social Media / Social Networking Sites
SC’s service may include interfaces that allow you to connect with social media sites (each an “SNS”). If you connect to a SNS through its service, your data may be accessed, used and stored based on your settings on that SNS. SC may access, use and store that information in accordance with this policy. You can revoke our access to the information you provide in this way at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable SNS.
SC may use Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media sites, including any private messaging capabilities. Please read each website’s privacy policy before sharing any personally identifiable information on such site. Information shared with SC on such sites may be stored pursuant to these policies.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software
As of the current date, SC does not use CRM software.
Storage of Information
SC may store personally identifiable information in one or more forms as permitted by law.
Use of any submission form on this or any other SC site, personal messaging, email submissions or other communications requires any visitor who submits personal information to consent to such storage.
Clients and users of this website further consent to such storage by means of acceptance of a services agreement, terms of conditions or payment of fee for services. Any client who engaged SC for services prior to the date above is bound by this privacy policy upon notice of its revision.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union or other applicable law may allow such consent to be revoked. See below for contact information to request such revocation.

This website contains links to other websites. Please be aware that SC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. SC encourages its users to read the privacy policies of each and every website with which they share personal information.
